Section 1(e) in Agreement Between the Government of the Republic of India and the Government of the Republic of Italy on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons
(e)"Receiving State" shall be the State to which the sentenced person may be, or has been, transferred in order to serve his sentence or remainder thereof.
