43. Appointment of first Vice-Chancellor.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), and sub-section (2), of section 9, the first Vice-Chancellor of the University shall be appointed by the Chancellor in consultation with the Minister for a period not exceeding four years on such terms and conditions as the State Government may decide.
