10. Completion of audit of accounts.
(1)The audit of the accounts prepared and presented for audit under section 7 shall be completed by the Director within a period of not exceeding six months as may be prescribed.(2)The Director at the time of completion of audit shall verify the correctness of the accounts, certify the annual accounts in such manner as may be prescribed and append the certified copy of the accounts with the audit report.
