Section 27(1) in The Gujarat Homoeopathic Act, 1963
(1)The Council shall by regulations under section 37 prescribe the examinations to be held by it, the qualifications for admission to such examinations, the courses of studies for such examinations, the standard of passing, the degree, diploma, certificate or any other like award to be conferred on persons who pass the examinations, and such other matters in respect of such examinations as may be necessary or expedient.
