(1)When emoluments are drawn from a Government treasury in India, or from the home or a Colonial treasury, recovery of subscriptions on account of these emoluments and of the principal and interest of advances shall be made from the emoluments themselves; except that, when emoluments other than sterling overseas pay are so drawn in India, deductions in respect of sterling overseas pay, when admissible, shall be made in India.(2)When emoluments are drawn from any other source the subscriber shall forward his dues monthly to the Account Officer.Contribution by Government
