MISCELLANEOUS APPLICATION NO. 276/2024:
1. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents no. 2 and 3 – Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission 1 seeks to place reliance on an affidavit filed by the Secretary, UPSSSC, dated 04 th April, 2024 setting out the list of the pending petitions/special appeals before the High Court and the dates of their disposal.
2. He submits that the applicant in this application was the appellant in Special Appeal (Diary) No. 429/2023 that has been disposed of by the Division Bench of the High Court on 01st March, 2024.
