(2)The State Government may remove from office any member of the Board constituted under Section 4 who :-(a)is or has become subject to any of the disqualifications mentioned in sub-section (1); or(b)is absent without leave of the Board from more than three consecutive meetings of the Board; or(c)is in the opinion of the State Government acting in a manner prejudicial to the interest of the Board.
