646. Proceedings under the Indian Companies Act in subordinate courts.
- When any proceedings in the form of a suit or application under the Indian Companies Act (No. VII of 1913)*, are started in a court subordinate to the High Court, in relation to any company proceedings in the High Court, a copy of the plaint or application shall be sent at once to the Registrar of the High Court.* Now Companies Act, 1956.
