Section 5 in The Jammu and Kashmir Instruments (Control of Noises) Act, 1959
5. Penalty.
- Whoever contravenes the provisions of this Act shall be liable to be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both.
