49. Technical assistance to the Authority.
(1)The State Government may direct its Town and Country Planning Organization, other departments and Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority to provide on such terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed upon, such technical assistance to the Authority as that Government may consider necessary.
