Section 4(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Underground Public Utilities (Acquisition of Rights of User in Land) Act, 2014
(1)Any person interested in land may, within thirty days from the date of publication of notification under subsections (1) and (2) of section 3, object to the laying of gas pipelines or any other utility under the land.
