Section 4(aa) in The Punjab State Aid to Industries Rules, 1936
(aa)[ Application for subsidy for leather industry. - An application for subsidy shall be submitted to the Director of Industries in form 'AA' appended to these rules by an individual, a partnership firm or a Joint Hindu Family through the District Industries Officer or the Assistant District Industries Officer holding independent charge of the district concerned and by a Co-operative society through the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies concerned and shall contain a declaration signed by the applicant in the case of an individual, by the authorised partner of a firm, by Karta of a Joint Hindu Family and by the Chairman or President or Manager or Secretary of a Co-operative Society to the effect that the statements made therein are true to the best of his/their knowledge and belief] [Inserted by Haryana Notification No. GSR 102/PA5/35/Section 32 dated 15.9.1978.].
