1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These Regulations may be called the Gender Sensitization and Sexual Harassment of Women at the Madras High Court - Principal Seat at Chennai and Madurai Bench at Madurai - (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Regulations, 2013.(2)They shall come into force on such date as the Chief Justice of the Madras High Court may, by notification issued in the name of the Registrar General, appoint.
