                                   JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who is working as a Watcher at Kunnamthanam Devaswom in Thiruvalla group, is aggrieved by Ext.P1 order of the 3rd respondent by which he was relieved from Varkala Devaswom on the basis of the order passed by the 2nd respondent on 10.12.2019, transferring him from Varkala to Thiruvalla.

2. Aggrieved by the same, petitioner has approached the Devaswom Board with Ext.P2 petition. The petitioner has also claimed a posting at Sabarimala for makaravilakku duty by submitting Ext.P4 representation.

However, no direction can be given at this stage as the duties are to be performed by next week and all arrangements are already made for the same. Regarding Ext.P2 representation, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the same and pass orders within a period of two WP(C).No.71 OF 2020 3 months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
