Section 4(4) in Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Transmission Open Access) Regulations, 2005
4.2A consumer shall be eligible to apply for open access to an intra-state transmission system upon such open access being introduced and specified by the Commission in accordance with the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 42 of the Act:Provided that such consumer shall be also subject to such conditions as may be specified in the regulations made by the Commission in that behalf, in addition to the conditions specified in these Regulations.
