Section 33(1) in Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University Act, 1999
(1)Except as otherwise provided by or under this Act employee including a teacher of the University may be appointed under a written contract and such contract shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, the Statutes and the Ordinances.
