Section 7(ix) in Andhra Pradesh Unaided Minority Professional Institutions (Regulation of Admissions into Under-Graduate Professional Courses through Common Entrance Test) Rules, 2003
(ix)After completion of this stage of admissions the Convenor of Admissions shall hand over the remaining seats to the competent authority to fill them.
