80. Preparation of detailed statement of receipts.
- The treasurer shall prepare detailed estimates of the receipts and expenditure for the next financial year and shall submit the same for the sanction of the Executive Committee at a meeting to be held for the purpose before the 1st November every year. One Copy of the finally sanctioned estimates shall be supplied by the 1st November to the secretary, Medical and Health Department.
