(2)In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such regulations may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:—(a)the powers and functions of the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee under sub-section (1) of section 3A;(b)the terms of office and other conditions relating thereto, of the members and Secretary of the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee under sub-section (4) of section 3A.
