Section 29 in Gujarat Biotechnology University Act, 2018
29. Withdrawal of the degree or diploma and other academic distinction.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in the Act, the University shall have power to withdraw degrees, diplomas, certificates and other academic distinctions for good and sufficient reasons.
