117. Extension of period of limitation by Co-operative Tribunal in certain cases.
- In all cases in which it is provided under this Act that an appeal may be filed against any decision or order within a specified period, the Tribunal may admit an appeal after the expiry of such period, if the appellant satisfies the Tribunal that he had sufficient cause for not preferring the appeal within such period.Chapter-XIII Offences and Penalties
