Section 6 in The Central Advisory Committee For Lighthouses (Procedural) Rules, 1976
6. Terms of office.
- Subject to the other provisions of these rules, every member other than an ex-officio member shall hold office for a period of two years : Provided that a Member of Parliament shall hold office for a period of two years or for so long as he continues to be a member of the House which he represents, whichever is less.
