Section 5(5) in The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum & Electricity Ombudsman) Regulations, 2006
5.2Except where the Forum consists of a single member, the quorum of the Forum shall be two members. In the event a quorum is not present, the Forum shall be adjourned to the next working day. If at the adjourned meeting also, a quorum is not present, the member present shall be the quorum.
