Section 13(3) in The Rajasthan Home Guards Act, 1963
(3)Notwithstanding such repeal, all rules made, anything done or any action taken in exercise of the powers conferred by under the said Ordinances shall be deemed to have been made, done or taken in exercise of the powers conferred by or under this Act.
