40. Instructions for the guidance to all Officers to avoid a lapses in Official Etiquette.
- A visitor's book is kept open at the Raj Bhavan, Hyderabad, when the Governor is in residence and likewise in his camp offices when he is on tour. Officers at the headquarters also those visiting the headquarters should call upon and write their names in the visitor's book and this should be renewed every year in January. When the Governor is on tour, senior officers and non-officials, if they are so inclined, should also write their names in the visitors book. Officers at headquarters should specially call and leave information in the visitor's book before they leave, if they are transferred to some other stations.
