Section 2(1)(c) in Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Recognition and Issuance of Renewable Energy Certificate for Renewable Energy Generation) Regulations, 2010

(c)"Certificate" means the renewable energy certificate issued by the Central Agency in accordance with the procedures laid down by it and under the provisions specified in these regulations;
