Section 9(iv) in Andhra Pradesh Regulation of Admissions into MBA/MCA Professional Courses Through Common Entrance Test Rules, 2003
(iv)The Management shall not collect and other fees in the name of Development Fee, Building Fee, Infrastructure Development Fee, etc., except Refundable Deposits like Library Deposit, Laboratory Deposit etc., and shall not charge any capitation fees or resort to profiteering in accordance with the judgment of the Supreme Court cited above.
