75. [ Constitution of Medical Board/Special Medical Boards.- [ Substituted by Noti. No. Gen./Amdt./33, dated 27.4.1978.]
Medical Boards for the purposes of the Act and the Special Medical Boards for the purposes of regulation 74 shall be constituted by the Corporation and where it so desires it may approach the State Government for setting up the same and shall consist of such persons, havesuch jurisdiction and follow such procedure as the Director-General may from time to time decide.]
