(3)Destruction or sale of dogs. - Any dog which has been detained under subsection (2) remains without the owner providing with a muzzle for 3 clear days and paying all expenses for such detention may be sold or destroyed with the sanction and under the order of [Commissioner of City Police, Hyderabad] [Substituted by Act A.P.A.O. 1957]
