(2)Every such licence shall contain - the number of the licence, the name, place of abode and age of the person to whom such licence is granted, the description of carriage and animals, if any, to be used therewith, and the date on which the licence was granted, and shall bear the signature of the [Deputy Commissioner] [Substituted for the word 'Commissioner' by section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Hackney Carriage (Amendment) Act, 1964 (Tamil Nadu Act 21 of 1964).].
