Section 1 in Arunachal Pradesh (Tourism Trade Registration and Regulation) Act, 2016
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Tourism (Trade Registration and Regulation) Act, 2016.(2)it extends to the whole of the State of Arunachal Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
