Section 55(1) in The Appellate Tribunal for Energy Conservation (Procedure, Form, Fee and Record of Proceedings) Rules, 2012
(1)Fee for filing appeal or petition under sub-section (2) of section 31 or interlocutory application, application, enclosures or annexures, lodging caveat and process fee shall be, as specified in the Schedule of fee annexed to these rules.
