Section 23(1)(ii) in Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Rules, 2002

(ii)A Farmers' Organisation in distributing water to its member constituents shall have regard to allocations meant for drinking water, or for any specified purpose as may be decided by Government, from time to time.
