Section 61(2) in Bombay Primary Education Act, 1947
(2)(a)A school board may, from time to time constitute committees and discontinue or alter the constitution of such committees.(b)The school board may delegate any of its powers, duties and functions to any such committee or to any member or Administrative Officer or stipendiary or any officer of the board; and such committee, member or officer shall conform to any instructions that may from time to time be given by the board.
