Section 211 in The Manipur Municipalities Act,1994.
211. Confirmation of bye-laws.-
(1)The power to frame bye-laws in the Act shall be subject to the condition of previous notification.(2)No such bye-laws shall come into force until it has been confirmed by the Government.(3)The Government may cancel its confirmation of any such bye law, and thereupon the bye-law shall cease to have effect.
