(2)In particular and without prejudice to sub-rule (1), the terms and conditions of service shall take into account the following namely:-(a)adherence to the conduct rules and code of professional ethics for school teachers in force.(b)accountability of teacher to the School Committee; and(c)provisions enabling long term stake of teachers in the teaching profession.
