43. Officer and other employees of the Commission.
- The West Bengal Clinical Establishment Regulatory Commission, with the approval of the State Government, appoint officers and such other employees as may be considered by it for the due discharge of its functions.(2)The salaries and allowances payable to, and other terms and conditions of service of, the officers and other employees shall be such as may be prescribed.(3)The Commission may, with the approval of the State Government, appoint consultants required to assist it in the discharge of its functions on such terms and conditions as may be specified, by regulations.
