Section 24 in The Gujarat Entertainments Tax Act, 1977
24. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit or other proceedings shall lie against the State Government, or any officer or employee of the State Government, for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rules made thereunder.
