217. Instruction to and supervision of building workers on a pile-driving equipment. - The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that every building worker working on a pile-driving equipment is given instructions regarding safe work procedure to be followed in piling operation and is supervised by a responsible person throughout such work.
