1. The original claimant is the petitioner of Special Civil Application No. 690 of 2020 questioning the order below Exh.No.5 in Civil Miscellaneous Application DC (Arbitration Application) No.356 of 2019 passed by learned 12th Additional District Judge, Surat on 30.12.2019 where the direction is of deposit of 60% of the amount awarded by the Sole Arbitrator, whereas, the request on the part of the claimant, the petitioner is for the deposit of 100% of the amount of award.
