Section 33(1) in Jharkhand Raksha Shakti University Act, 2016
(1)No officers or employees or members of the teaching, non-teaching and other academic staff of the University shall be dismissed or removed or reduced in rank except after an inquiry in which he has been informed about the charges leveled against him and given a reasonable opportunity of being heard in respect of those charges.
