KALIDAS MUKHERJEE, PRESIDENT This order relates to hearing on admission.
The Learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioners has submitted that the Revision Petitioners are aggrieved by the order no.10 dated 09/11/15 whereby the Learned District Forum passed an order directing the parties to maintain the status quo in respect of the scheduled properties.
On perusal of the impugned order no.10 dated 09/11/15 we find that the record was put up on the petition filed by the Complainant and the matter was adjourned to a further date for hearing of the petition with the liberty to file objection, if any, in the meantime. The Learned District Forum also directed the parties to maintain the status quo. Since liberty was given to file objection, we are of the view that there is no ground to admit this Revision Petition at this stage.
The Revision Petition is dismissed being not admitted. [HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE KALIDAS MUKHERJEE] PRESIDENT [HON'BLE MR. TARAPADA GANGOPADHYAY] MEMBER [HON'BLE MR. UTPAL KUMAR BHATTACHARYA] MEMBER
