Section 5(4) in The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board Act, 2014
(4)The headquarter of the Board shall be at Kolkata:Provided that the State Government may for reasons to be recorded in writing, allow the Board to open and maintain regional offices in any part of the State of West Bengal.
