Section 305(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1994
(1)There shall be an Executive Officer in each Municipal Council and a Secretary in each Nagar Panchayat, who shall be appointed by the State Government and shall be governed by such conditions of service as may be prescribed by rules under this Act.
