The instant petition has been filed asserting non-compliance of the directions passed by this Court on 05.09.2013 while disposing of CWP No.19668 of 2013.

Mr. Rupinder S. Khosla, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents/contemners makes a statement at the bar that an amount of Rs.3,09,910/- stands already released in favour of the petitioner. Such assertion made by learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

In such view of the matter, this Court would not be inclined to proceed further with the present contempt petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.

Rule discharged.
