28. Functions of Dean.
(1)The Dean of a Faculty shall be responsible for the due observance of the Statutes, Ordinances and Rules relating to that Faculty.(2)The Dean shall preside at the meetings of the Faculty and shall record its proceedings.(3)The Dean shall have the right to be present and speak at the meetings of the Boards of Studies relating to his Faculty but not to vote thereat unless he is a member thereof.
