Section 20(20)(l) in Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (State Grid Code) Regulations, 2008

(l)Protection Scheme: Protection scheme shall be provided in the User's system to protect the grid from the faults originating in their system and so also for safeguarding their system from the fault originating from the Transmission System. The protection scheme of the User's system shall have the approval of the STU, i.e. DTL.
