Section 44 in Gujarat State Council for Physiotherapy Act, 2011
44. Cognizance of offence.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, no Court shall take cognizance of an offence punishable under this Act except upon a complaint, in writing, made by a person authorized in this behalf by the Council.
