Section 31(1) in Atomic Minerals Concession Rules, 2016
(1)A holder of mining lease or a person conducting prospecting operations, as the case may be, shall furnish all information pertaining to investigations of atomic minerals collected by him during the course of exploration and mining operations to the Director, Atomic Minerals Directorate for Exploration and Research, Hyderabad, Director General, Geological Survey of India, and to the Director of Geology and Mining of the State, in which the mining operations are carried on.
