Section 17 in The M.P. Legislative Assembly Ex-Members (Free Transit By Railway) Rules, 1996
17. Luggage.
- An ex-member shall be entitled to carry such luggage free of charge as is permissible on ordinary tickets, and the ex-member shall pay in cash for the excess luggage, if any, at the luggage rate prescribed by the Railway Administration concerned.
